As I am not in-network with insurance, I offer Good Faith Estimates that project out 12 months in advance. Together, we will collaborate and mutually determine the frequency of appointments and your estimate will give you a reasonable idea what to expect in terms of therapy costs for one whole year, based on my current rates.
As a private pay client, if you wish to receive a Good Faith Estimate, please let me know and I will work with you to obtain the best estimate based on your individual needs and update it as required by law.
I support my client's knowing their rights as they pertain to the No Surprises Act. If requested, make sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate. You can find more information regarding Good Faith Estimates, your rights, or the dispute process here.
